General Shipping Policies:

Items ship USPS first class mail or priority shipping, depending on the size and weight of the package.

Shipping costs vary depending on the individual item.

An upgrade to priority mail shipping is available for an additional charge.

Most in-stock items ship in 1 to 2 business days. All other items usually ship within 7 to 10 business days.

Return Policies:

We accept returns for select items only. Please see individual item listing for specific details. Select items specifically described as returnable in the listing description may be returned for a refund according the specific terms outlined in the specific item description. Customers are responsible for shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original condition. Refunds on eligible items will only be issued after we have received the item back. Returns must be received within 30 days of original delivery to qualify.

If the item is not specifically described as returnable in the listing description we do not accept returns or exchanges on that item except where required by law.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for sale items.

If there is any problem with your order, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us right away to discuss a resolution. Many packages are shipped with insurance, make sure to keep all packaging as it may be required for a potential insurance claim.
